Inhabited by the same family for over six centuries, the Château de Cheverny reveals refined interiors and rich furnishings that bear witness to the French art of living. Each room has its own unique atmosphere, from the large dining room, whose table decorations change with the seasons, to the magnificent king's bedroom, which is highlighted in the Michelin Green Guide.

Outside, the gardens invite visitors to stroll and marvel. A plant maze, orchard, garden of love dotted with monumental bronze sculptures by Gudmar Olovson, apprentice garden and bouquet garden: each space has its own character and colours.

The visit continues with a dive into the world of Tintin, thanks to the immersive exhibition The Secrets of Marlinspike Hall. Covering 700 m², visitors can relive the adventures of the famous reporter and his companions in life-size interactive settings that will delight young and old alike.

From April to November, the experience is complemented by exploring the forest section of the park by boat and electric car. Guided along the waterways and majestic paths, visitors can admire the hundred-year-old cedars and Louisiana bald cypresses, which are adorned with flamboyant colours in autumn.

Finally, during peak season and school holidays, a gourmet break at the Orangerie restaurant allows you to savour seasonal cuisine in a bright and refined setting before continuing your visit.

The Cheverny Wine House

Located at the entrance to the Château de Cheverny, the Maison des Vins invites you to discover around a hundred different wines, offering you a unique tasting experience. An innovative system allows you to freely taste over 100 different red, white and rosé wines from the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny appellations.

The golf course at the Château de Cheverny

The Château de Cheverny golf course welcomes you to an exceptional setting. Designed by architect Olivier Van Der Vynckt, the 18-hole course blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings. Surrounding the immense Rousselière lake, this former hunting ground of the Château de Cheverny is now a renowned course, both for the quality of its landscapes and its upkeep.

At the entrance to the Cheverny estate, the historic outbuildings of the château have been transformed into luxury accommodation.

Six luxurious flats have been created in former outbuildings dating back to the 15th century, giving them a unique character.

Equipped with high-quality amenities, the Suites de Cheverny can accommodate 2 to 7 people and are genuine apartments allowing you to enjoy a completely independent stay.
