Every night in October, the façade of the Château is illuminated in pink.
For the 15th year running, the Château de Cheverny is supporting the Pink October information and awareness campaign by lighting up its façade every night in October.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women: 1 in 8 women will be affected during their lifetime. It is one of the deadliest cancers in women, yet 9 out of 10 cases can be cured.
The earlier cancer is detected, the greater the chances of recovery. Every year, early detection saves thousands of lives.
Cheverny wishes to participate in this national campaign so that women no longer need to be afraid to go for their ultrasound scan every two years.
