Information about visiting the estate during the marathon
Saturday: access will be unimpeded.
Sunday: access to the ticket office may be somewhat disrupted until 9:45 a.m., but this will quickly resolve itself. We recommend that you follow the signs to access the car parks.
The Cheverny Marathon has become a must-attend event in the running world.
From Saturday onwards, the Marathon Village is open to all runners and their companions.

SATURDAY
8:00 a.m.: Departure from Maslives for the Loire Valley Castle Trail
11:00 a.m.: Departure from Blois for the Loire Valley Castle Trail
4:30 p.m.: Start of the 10K race in front of the Château
SUNDAY
9:00 a.m.: Start of the Marathon and Duo Marathon in front of the Château façade (Runners will have lined up beforehand behind the pacemakers in front of the Château gates).
9:10 a.m.: Start of the Half Marathon
The Pasta Party: a convivial and festive event!
As part of the Challenge de la Convivialité, the Cheverny Marathon guarantees all runners a weekend filled with local flavour, festivities, sharing and conviviality.
On the programme: gourmet refreshments, passing through wine cellars and vineyards, musical entertainment along the route, motivated runners in fancy dress, a pasta party on Saturday evening, a village open all weekend with local producers and friendly races... all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
